 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components
 </li>
 <li>
 Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software (Solidworks)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, electrical, and project management
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven internship/job experience in mechanical design, development, and analysis (1-2yrs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with CAD tools from previous internships/jobs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&amp;T
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and project management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with machining/hand tools A PLUS!
 </li>
