We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to lead our marketing initiatives and grow our brand presence within the community.Position SummaryThe Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our therapy services, build strong community relationships, increase patient referrals, and enhance our online and offline brand visibility. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and experience in healthcare or service-based marketing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and retention.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with physicians, schools, hospitals, physical fitness centers and community organizations to generate referrals.</li><li>Plan, manage, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.</li><li>Oversee the clinic&rsquo;s website content, ensuring accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly information.</li><li>Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, promotional giveaways and educational content for patients and partners.</li><li>Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, workshops, and open houses.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to adjust marketing strategies.</li><li>Track marketing performance metrics and report ROI to leadership.</li><li>Manage the clinic&rsquo;s branding and ensure consistency across all channels.</li><li>Collaborate with therapy staff to highlight success stories and testimonials (with appropriate approvals).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)</li><li>3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in therapy, rehabilitation, or medical services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, analytics tools).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)</li><li>Ability to plan and execute community outreach and relationship-building initiatives.</li><li>Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Experience working with referral-based practices is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives based on experience</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li><li>The chance to make a meaningful impact in patients&rsquo; lives by promoting life-changing therapy services</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
