Our company is a sweets factory located in Al Qusais, Dubai, we are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the General Manager.</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.</li><li>Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.</li><li>Anticipate the needs of the General Manager and proactively address them.</li><li>Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
