Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase conversions across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage a wide range of digital tools and platforms to achieve measurable results in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEM, and display advertising.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.</li><li>Manage and create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Oversee social media management including Facebook Advertising, content creation, and community engagement.</li><li>Use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Implement conversion optimization strategies to maximize ROI on digital advertising efforts.</li><li>Maintain and update websites using WordPress or other content management systems; perform basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript edits as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with design teams to produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles.</li><li>Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with SEO tools, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media marketing including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.</li><li>Experience with content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and content management systems such as WordPress.</li><li>Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL are a plus for website optimization tasks.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a knack for creative copywriting tailored for digital audiences.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing techniques is desirable.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
