Job Summary</b></h3>
<p>
As a Content Capture &amp; Asset Designer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering polished marketing visuals across multiple platforms. You&rsquo;ll capture gameplay and short-form content, edit trailers and reels, and design supporting assets such as key art, motion graphics, thumbnails, and layouts.</p>
<p>
This role requires close collaboration with both our U.S. and China teams, ensuring content is globally aligned, culturally adaptable, and optimized for diverse platforms and audiences.</p>

<li><p>Capture dynamic in-game footage for trailers, promotional videos, key art, and social media content.Stage and direct gameplay or short-form action to showcase key features, story moments, and brand identity.</p></li>

Create engaging content for streaming and social media, including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram.</p></li>

<li><p>Manage and organize captured assets, ensuring easy access and seamless collaboration across teams.</p></li>

Work with developers, producers, artists, and marketing teams (U.S. and China) to plan and execute capture sessions aligned with campaign goals.</p></li>

Assist in QA testing by identifying visual inconsistencies, animation issues, and polish opportunities.</p></li>

Develop branded templates and layouts for key art, marketing kits, and campaign visuals.</p></li>

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D tools (Blender, Maya, Cinema4D).</p></li>

</li><li>Collaborate with directors, producers, and editors to create promotional stills, thumbnails, and visuals that reflect storylines and characters.
</li><li>Design visual treatments for trailers, teasers, and episodic campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and streaming platforms.

</p><ul><li>Create marketing layouts and advertisements for new game launches, including Steam banners, splash pages, in-game event visuals, and social campaigns.

</li><li>Ensure stylistic consistency between in-game branding and out-of-game campaigns.
