 SNAP14 is looking for an exceptional HR &amp; Administrative Executive to support our Co-founder and General Manager. This passionate document warrior will be working on human resources and administrative activities at SNAP14 working directly with the Co-founders.
 
 
 Our Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative related tasks in addition to support with managing the office, HR and Legal. The priority is to maintain all paperwork and make sure that the company is up to date on all documents and supported to work smoothly.
 
 
 As an Administrative Assistant you will work on supplier documents, project tasks, maintaining company paperwork, assist in writing documents, editing contracts and working towards long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.

 You need to make sure that you are communicating with all of the appropriate people and getting the right messages to the right people. While this role does not involve creating a client relations strategy, it requires a strategic mindset to ensure that all client interactions and brand messaging efforts align with SNAP14&rsquo;s luxury and exclusive positioning.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Client Relations &amp; Experience Management
 
 
 - Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and high satisfaction.
 
 - Maintain 80% direct client engagement quarterly through personalized check-ins, informal follow-ups, and strategic touchpoints.
 
 - Maintain a deep understanding of each client&rsquo;s brand, preferences, and ongoing needs to anticipate support and offer tailored solutions.
 
 - Develop and oversee client onboarding experiences, including welcome letters, gifting strategies, and VIP treatment.
 
 - Own the whole client journey experience from potential deal to post project followup. This will include receiving briefs, conducting client meetings, facilitating payments and completing client agreements.
 
 - Prepare and negotiate project estimates and proposals as the clients advocate.
 
 - Manage client satisfaction surveys, referrals, and engagement reports, ensuring continuous improvement.
 
 - Plan and execute client retention initiatives, including wrap-up dinners, project gifting, and ongoing relationship-building activities.
