Job Description
As a Salesforce Developer at Snap Finance, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that power our customer and partner experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams&mdash;including product, engineering, and business stakeholders&mdash;to customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs. This is a hands-on development role where you'll build high-quality, secure, and maintainable code while contributing to the long-term growth of our Salesforce platform.
How you'll make an impact:
<ul><li>Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
</li><li>Build modern, user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom components.
</li><li>Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
</li><li>Develop and customize Experience Cloud portals/sites for customers and partners.
</li><li>Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
</li><li>Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce-native tools.
</li><li>Maintain data integrity and performance through efficient data modeling, triggers, and batch processes.
</li><li>Collaborate with admins, architects, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
</li><li>Stay current on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies, proactively recommending improvements.
</li><li>Document technical solutions and provide support for deployed applications.
</li></ul>What you'll need to succeed:
<ul><li>3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
</li><li>Hands-on experience designing and customizing Experience Cloud portals/sites.
</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security model.
</li><li>Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs. &bull; Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
</li><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or Experience Cloud Consultant certification a plus.
</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based environments.
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
</li></ul>What would make you stand out:
<ul><li>Experience with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other integration platforms.
</li><li>Knowledge of financial services or consumer lending domain.
</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise data management and ETL tools.
