What You&rsquo;ll Do</div><ul><li><div>
Act as a trusted People Partner and primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle</div></li><li><div>
Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support talent strategy, organizational design, and change initiatives</div></li><li><div>

Administer and oversee employee lifecycle changes in Workday in partnership with the People Tech and People Operations teams</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate HR documentation including contracts, transfers, promotions, and compliance records</div></li><li><div>
Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat), GOSI, Qiwa, and other local regulatory requirements</div></li><li><div>

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</div><ul><li><div>
Strong experience across generalist HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and culture initiatives<br>
Sound knowledge of Saudi labor law and local HR practices; experience with Saudization frameworks is a strong advantage</div></li><li><div>
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment<br>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization</div></li><li><div>
