We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist and Executive Assistant who can assist our CEO and Accounting department to execute key daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities that drive operational efficiency and support the company&rsquo;s continued growth.Position Overview:SnapPower is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounting Specialist and Executive Assistant to support our CEO and accounting operations. This role is a critical position within the company, responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while also managing key financial processes such as billing, invoicing, vendor payments and customer receipts.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and takes ownership of both administrative and financial responsibilities. This individual will play a key role in helping leadership stay focused on high-impact initiatives while ensuring operational and accounting tasks are executed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Accounting &amp; Financial Operations<ul><li>Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments</li><li>Oversee accounts payable, including vendor bills, payment processing and maintaining strong vendor relationships</li><li>Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting responsibilities</li><li>Create processes to track employee payments/commissions</li><li>Assist with monthly financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting</li><li>Work within QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records</li><li>Coordinate with internal team members and external partners to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions</li></ul>Executive &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide direct support to the CEO</li><li>Support day-to-day office operations and ensure organizational systems are maintained</li><li>Assist with inventory coordination, purchase orders and logistics, if needed</li><li>Maintain documentation, records and internal systems</li><li>Act as a central point of communication across departments, if needed</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and internal communications</li><li>Assist with special projects, reporting, and cross-functional coordination</li><li>Help streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency across the business</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>2 - 4+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks online (or similar accounting software)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High level of professionalism and trustworthiness</li><li>Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience working in a consumer products, e-commerce, or retail business (preferred)</li><li>Experience supporting senior executives or founders (preferred)</li><li>Experience with various software reporting systems (preferred)</li></ul>To Apply:Please submit your r&eacute;sum&eacute; and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to jesse@snappower.com with the subject line &ldquo;Accounting Specialist and Executive Assistant&rdquo;Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>QuickBooks Online: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
