Backend Developer

<p><strong>Authority Coordination &amp; Approvals</strong></p>
<p>Manage and coordinate all approvals and inspections with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Electricity &amp; Water Authority (DEWA), and Roads &amp; Transport Authority (RTA) as a Registered Engineer (RE)</p>
<p>Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all authority-related documentation</p>
<p>Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes</p>
<p><strong>Abu Dhabi Municipality Operations</strong></p>
<p>Coordinate and submit permit applications to Abu Dhabi Municipality (AUH Municipality)</p>
<p>Track permit status and resolve any issues or rejections</p>
<p>Build and maintain strong relationships with municipality officials</p>
<p>Stay updated on the latest regulations and procedural changes</p>
<p><strong>Technical Documentation</strong></p>
<p>Prepare and submit architectural and engineering plans/drawings to Abu Dhabi authorities</p>
<p>Review technical drawings for compliance with authority requirements</p>
<p>Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants</p>
<p>Manage document control and maintain accurate records</p>
<p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p>
<p>Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities</p>
<p>Liaise with engineering consultants, contractors, and project teams</p>
<p>Provide regular updates to management on approval status and timelines</p>
