 Role Overview
 
 
 
 As a Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the founders to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a cross-functional role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to shape the future of fintech in India.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Partner with the founders and leadership team to define and execute key strategic and growth initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate high-level company goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and own high-impact, cross-functional projects that may not have a clearly defined owner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate alignment and collaboration across product, operations, growth, and finance teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify roadblocks and proactively drive solutions to ensure timely execution of critical projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for board meetings and key stakeholder reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze key operational and financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support investor communications by addressing queries and sharing regular business updates and insights.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

 MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.) and graduation from top technology institutes (IITs / NITs)
 </li>

 1&ndash;3 years of experience in strategy consulting, Investment Banking or a similar role at a high-growth startup or tech company
 </li>

 Snapmint is looking a Junior Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping our credit and lending strategy. You will work directly with senior management to design data-driven strategies, analyze customer behavior, and contribute to building innovative products that balance growth with risk control. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities, giving you hands-on exposure to credit strategy, analytics, and retail lending in a fast-growing fintech.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Helping senior management in credit strategy and planning - creating long and short-term growth charts for all businesses for top and bottom line.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in new product formation and new market exploration
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze large volumes of customer data across a variety of digital tools like SQL to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Help to build credit risk decision strategies for retail lending with a unique value proposition
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor portfolio as well as macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance. Drive adjustments to our underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk
