As the <b>Retail Beer &amp; Wine Manager</b>, you&rsquo;ll oversee the performance and compliance of the beer and wine category while supporting overall store leadership.</div></div><ul><li><div><b>
Manage the Beer &amp; Wine Program:</b> Supervise daily beer and wine sales operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.</div></li><li><div><b>
Ensure Regulatory Compliance:</b> Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and local alcohol laws as well as company policies and procedures.</div></li><li><div><b>
Train and Develop Staff:</b> Educate team members on alcohol sales compliance, product knowledge, and responsible service.</div></li><li><div><b>
Drive Category Performance:</b> Monitor sales trends and implement merchandising and promotional strategies to grow the category.</div></li><li><div><b>
Manage Inventory:</b> Oversee ordering, product rotation, and inventory accuracy to control costs and maintain product freshness.</div></li><li><div><b>
Collaborate with Vendors:</b> Work with suppliers to manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional opportunities.</div></li><li><div><b>
Deliver Exceptional Guest Service:</b> Ensure every guest receives knowledgeable service and a positive store experience.</div></li><li><div><b>
Support Store Leadership:</b> Oversee store operations and team activities when the Senior Retail Manager is not present.</div></li><li><div><b>
Communicate Operational Needs:</b> Work closely with the Senior Retail Manager to address staffing needs, performance trends, and compliance matters.</div></li></ul><div><div>

</p><div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div></div><div><div>
To succeed as a <b>Retail Beer &amp; Wine Manager</b>, you&rsquo;ll bring the following experience and skills:</div></div><ul><li><div><b>
Product Knowledge:</b> Strong understanding of beer and wine products, regulations, and merchandising.</div></li><li><div><b>
Experience:</b> Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, convenience, or alcohol sales preferred.</div></li><li><div><b>
Legal Requirements:</b> Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol sales according to state law.</div></li><li><div><b>
Leadership Skills:</b> Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.</div></li><li><div><b>
Team Management:</b> Ability to delegate responsibilities, guide staff, and maintain accountability.</div></li><li><div><b>
