<div><p>The HR/Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Scheduling staff to meet the needs of the Facility</li>
<li>Checking in staff daily and being available to deal with their concerns</li>
<li>Managing and collection information concerning usage, retention, and termination</li>
<li>Print out and update daily staffing schedules</li>
<li>Contact and communicate with management and department directors</li>
<li>Assist in the recruitment and hiring of nurses and nurses aide.</li>
<li>Updating Staffing on The DOH website and posting in a timely manner</li>
<li>Payroll</li>
<li>Managing time and attendance of the staff</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Position Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior healthcare or hospital staffing experience, or significant customer service experience</li>
<li>Proficient in data entry</li>
<li>Excellent communication</li>
<li>2 years of Long Term Care Staffing Experience needed</li></ul></div>
