<div><p><b>The Position Specifics</b><br>
The Snooze Line Cook ensures that each Snooze food item is prepared with the highest quality, care, and craftsmanship. The best pancakes in all the land are in the hands of our Line Cooks. The responsibilities of this position include:</p><div><div><ul><li>
Responsible for the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served</li><li>
Responsible for being well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information</li><li>
Prepares a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags</li><li>
Prepares foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers</li><li>
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and working area</li><li>
Handles all products properly in accordance with Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines</li></ul></div></div></div></div><div></div><div><div><p><b><br>

Taking on the role of Host isn&rsquo;t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:</p><div><div><ul><li>
Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area</li><li>
Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave</li><li>
Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system</li><li>
If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!</li><li>
Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system</li><li>
Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes</li><li>
Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed</li><li>

As a Snooze Assistant Manager (AM), you're stepping into leadership with a focus on daily operations, team support, and the ultimate Snoozer and Guest experience. Whether your jam is FOH or HOH, you&rsquo;ll help run high-energy shifts, keep the vibes up, and the quality consistent. You're a coach, a motivator, and a hands-on leader who's ready to grow.</p><p>

Taking on the role of Assistant Manager isn&rsquo;t just about bacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include:</p><p></p><ul><li>
Becoming a Snooze expert! Be knowledgeable of our history, vendors, products, and locations. Being comfortable sharing our story with Guests is a must!</li><li>
Completely understand all Snooze policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and expectations.</li><li>
Ensure that all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, courteous and exceptional service.</li><li>
Maintain expert knowledge of Snooze&rsquo;s recipes and Food &amp; Beverage Doctrine to ensure consistent preparation and presentation across all shifts.</li><li>
 Continuously monitor food and beverage quality throughout each shift, ensuring every item meets Snooze&rsquo;s standards for taste, presentation, and temperature.</li><li>
 Execute daily systems and checklists put in place to ensure safety, sanitation, and recipe adherence.
 </li><li>Oversee and manage one or more areas of responsibility, which may include ordering, scheduling, inventory control, or hiring, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.</li><li>
 Maintain comprehensive understanding of the Point of Sale system and how to administer discounts and comps.
 </li><li>Control cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with Snooze policies.
 </li><li>Resolve escalated Guest concerns quickly, kindly, and professionally.</li><li>
 Update hourly Snoozers with necessary information about the shift and Snooze initiatives through written and verbal communication.</li><li>
 Manage the flow of service during shifts, ensuring an exceptional Snooze experience for both Guests and Snoozers while keeping operational goals and objectives top of mind.</li><li>
 Monitor and evaluate Snoozer performance and lead in-the-moment coaching conversations as it relates to the Guest experience and food quality.</li><li>
 Open and close the restaurant in accordance to set procedures and guidelines.</li><li>
 Conduct, monitor, and schedule hourly Snoozer training and support development of cross-training.</li><li>
 Verify that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and regular preventative maintenance.
 </li><li>Operate with a high level of integrity and leadership presence delivering on the Snooze Leadership Principles.</li><li>
 Support execution of local marketing initiatives, Snooze Catering, and after-hours events on and offsite</li><li>
 Assist in leading successful shifts with a primary focus on either Front of House or Heart of House operations, while maintaining flexibility to support all areas of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and team collaboration.</li><li>
 Being a role model, facilitator, and able Snoozer in nearly all Snooze hourly positions.
 </li><li>Assist management team in conducting annual Snoozer Check-Ins</li><li>
 Help to create a fun, safe and rewarding work environment for all Snoozers.</li><li>
 Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and food handling regulations</li><li>

 </li><li>Are leaders amongst their team and have experience in elevated roles as either a Supervisor or Manager</li><li>
 Have confidence in either FOH or HOH and are ready to enhance their skillsets in both</li><li>
 Thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments</li><li>
 Take ownership of your shifts and empower your team to do the same</li><li>
