We&rsquo;re currently looking for a <b>full-time Inside Sales Associate</b> (Counter Sales) to join our growing team in Yarmouth!</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b><br>
You'll be the friendly face and go-to expert for our walk-in customers, helping them find the right products and solutions while keeping everything running smoothly behind the counter. Your day-to-day will include:</div><ul><li><div>
Assisting customers with orders, providing guidance, and upselling when appropriate</div></li><li><div>
Delivering outstanding service to build and maintain lasting business relationships</div></li><li><div>
Growing your knowledge of products through ongoing training and hands-on experience</div></li><li><div>
Collaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities</div></li><li><div>
Pulling and verifying customer orders for accuracy and efficiency</div></li><li><div>
Helping keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to date</div></li><li><div>
Working closely with warehouse and branch staff to meet daily operational goals</div></li><li><div>
Partnering with Manufacturer Reps to ensure the best solutions for our customers</div></li><li><div>
Keeping the branch tidy, safe, and running at its best</div></li></ul><div><b>
Who You Are:</b></div><ul><li><div>
A people person with strong communication skills and a team-first mindset</div></li><li><div>
Sales-savvy with mechanical aptitude&mdash;experience in plumbing/HVAC a big plus!</div></li><li><div>
Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, knowledgeable team</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a hands-on environment</div></li><li><div>
Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease</div></li></ul><div><b>
