Job description for Tender Executive Post:1. Tender Identification &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Monitor various tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP) for relevant opportunities.</li><li>Analyze tender documents to assess feasibility and compliance.</li><li>Identify key requirements and eligibility criteria.</li></ul>2. Bid Preparation &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering and finance) to gather necessary information.</li><li>Ensure the company is registered on relevant tender platforms and maintains updated profiles.</li><li>Understand and manage the documentation and procedures required for empanelment with agencies like MES, MCGM, CIDCO and INFRACON etc.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive technical, commercial, and legal bid documents.</li><li>Ensure all submissions meet client specifications and regulatory standards.</li><li>Utilize online portals for document submission and tracking.</li><li>Ready to attend pre bid meetings within Mumbai region if required.</li></ul>3. Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate costs.</li><li>Negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of required documentation.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.</li></ul>4. Cost Estimation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Collaborate with teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing structures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and client requirements.</li><li>Conduct quality checks on final submissions to guarantee accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Ensuring &amp; Tracking of Bank Guarantee.</li><li>Coordinate with Accounts &amp; EMD Track.</li></ul>5. Post-Submission Activities<ul><li>Follow up on submitted tenders, addressing any additional questions or requests for clarification.</li><li>Attend post-tender meetings or debriefings to understand the outcome and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Maintain records of tender submissions and outcomes for future reference.</li><li>Maintain records of refunds, Performance Guarantees and Bank Guarantees.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: BE Mechanical Engg.</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in tendering, bidding, or procurement. with relevant skills for submission of Engineering Consulting tenders of Construction Industry may also be considered.
