We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import Overseas Executive to manage and coordinate international import operations. The ideal candidate will handle overseas supplier communication, documentation, shipment tracking, and ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders for timely shipment schedules.</li><li>Manage all import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).</li><li>Monitor shipment status and update internal teams accordingly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs, and company policies.</li><li>Liaise with logistics and customs brokers for clearance and delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate import records and update database systems.</li><li>Assist in cost optimization by comparing freight and import charges.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for LC, TT, and payment follow-ups.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in international business, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>Minimum [1&ndash;2] years of experience in import/export operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of import documentation and Incoterms.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is a plus.</li></ul>Salary:Competitive and based on experience.yearly bonusesIncentivesPaid annual leavesAGE LIMIT: 20 TO 30Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
