Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research &amp; Forecasting:&#61623; Conduct in-depth research on global agriculture commodities markets, including crops,livestock, and related products.&#61623; Collect and analyze data on market trends, pricing, supply and demand dynamics, andregulatory changes.&#61623; Monitor geopolitical events and their potential impact on the agriculture commoditiesmarket.&#61623; Responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects,generate ideas, concepts, and system for achieving more sales.2. FMCG (Primary Focus):&#61623; Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the FMCG product portfolio: identifyinggrowth opportunities, key accounts, channels (modern trade, traditional trade, ecommerce),new product launches and market entry.&#61623; Set and monitor sales targets, margin targets, and profitability for FMCG lines; analyzeperformance, variances, and corrective actions.&#61623; Lead trade marketing, promotions, merchandising, in-store execution and shopperactivation efforts; collaborate with marketing, sales and channel teams.&#61623; Drive effective distribution and logistics for FMCG: ensure product availability, timelydeliveries, correct stock levels and minimal out-of-stocks or wastage. Interface withsupply chain &amp; warehouse functions.&#61623; Manage relationships with key customers (retail chains, distributors, wholesalers) andnegotiate commercial terms, listings, trade spend, promotions and incentives.&#61623; Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, food-safety, labeling and packaging standardsin FMCG operations.3. Agri-Commodities (supporting role):&#61623; Support or lead trading / procurement of selected Agri-commodities (e.g., grains, pulses,oilseeds) for internal usage or external distribution, in coordination with the supply chainand procurement teams&#61623; Monitor global/local Agri-commodity market trends (supply, demand, weather, tradepolicies) and provide strategic input for sourcing decisions, risk mitigation, inventorystrategies and cost optimization.&#61623; Collaborate with the FMCG side to evaluate opportunities to integrate Agri-commodities(raw ingredients) into finished FMCG products, aligning sourcing strategy with productdevelopment and cost targets.&#61623; Develop supplier and grower relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor commoditypricing trends, hedge where applicable, and ensure timely delivery and qualitycompliance.4. Customer and Supplier Sourcing:&#61623; Identify and establish relationships with potential domestic and international customersand suppliers (Growers/Traders/Millers) in the agriculture commodities trading industry.&#61623; Track and analyze the activities and strategies of competitors in the agriculturecommodities trading sector.&#61623; Maintaining customer satisfaction by keeping them updated on the progress of theirorders and following-up daily their provided shipping instructions -planning it accordinglywith the concerned departments.&#61623; Ensure all orders meet regulatory compliance and quality standards.&#61623; Coordinate and manage the end-to-end order process by collaborating with logisticspartners (shippers and freight forwarders) and related authorities, in order placement,shipment scheduling, and tracking. Making sure to resolve any issues and ensure on-timedelivery.&#61623; Oversee the payment process for both customers and suppliers, ensuring timely andaccurate transactions.5. Inventory Management:&#61623; Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses anddiscrepancies by conducting regular stock counts and reconcile variances.&#61623; Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory.&#61623; Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse activities.6. Report Generation7. Assisting in Marketing Strategy Development &amp; implementation.8. Perform other related duties as required.Qualifications:&#61623; Must have at least 5 years of work experience in the similar industry &ndash;Trading of AgroCommodities (Like FMCG, Pulses, Grains and Spices, Nuts and Dry frits, Coffee etc.)&#61623; Mandatory experience working with the FMCG industry.&#61623; Arabic, English speaking (Mandatory), French recommended.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
