Job Description 
SOSi is looking for a Fire Alarm and Suppression System Technician to support our government customer in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties:<ul><li>
Support Operations Manager in the management of all fire alarm (FA) and fire suppression (FS) systems on the contract.</li><li>
FA systems inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM).</li><li>
FS systems ITM.</li><li>
Engine driven fire pump ITM.</li><li>
Fire extinguisher ITM, including hydrostatic testing.</li><li>
FA and FS alert and reporting systems ITM.</li><li>
FA and FS system installation and/or modification.</li><li>
FA and FS system component inventory management.</li><li>
Completion and submission of NFPA and Dept. of State required documentation and reporting.</li><li>
Preparation of job hazard/risk analyses.</li><li>
Proper use and wear of task required personal protective equipment.</li><li>
Prepare reports.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Current NICET level III or IV certification for fire alarm or fire suppression systems.</li><li>
Have at least five years experience managing the following fire and life safety system functions:<ul><li>
FA systems inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM)</li><li>
FS systems ITM</li><li>
Engine driven fire pump ITM</li><li>
Fire extinguisher ITM, including hydrostatic testing</li><li>
FA and FS alert and reporting systems ITM</li><li>
FA and FS system installation and modification</li><li>
FA and FS system component inventory management</li><li>
Completion of NFPA required documentation and reporting</li></ul></li><li>
At least 5 years&rsquo; experience in providing O&amp;M support services to large facilities or operations.</li><li>
At least 2 years experience providing O&amp;M services on US contracts overseas.</li><li>
Job requires bending, twisting, routinely lifting over 25 lbs, and climbing ladders.</li></ul>

Job Description 
Overview 
SOSi is seeking a Maintenance Inspector to support the Contractor&rsquo;s labor force and resources in meeting the overall O&amp;M requirements of the Contract. The Maintenance Inspector is responsible for ensuring that equipment, machinery, and systems operate efficiently and safely, and that all maintenance is performed in accordance with all applicable standard operating procedures and policies. The Maintenance Inspector supports the Quality Assurance Manager and will report to the Program Manager. 
Essential Job Duties 
<ul><li>
Perform mechanical inspections of plant equipment.</li><li>
Conduct inspections for code compliance.</li><li>
Review maintenance records.</li><li>
Verifies mark-up of drawings/schematics and collection of equipment data.</li><li>
Analyze and develop maintenance procedures, reconcile engineering drawings, and document inspection requirements.</li><li>
Conduct non-destructive testing and maintain records of daily visual emissions.</li><li>
Manage internal and external quality control methods and policies for measuring, tracking, analyzing, reporting and implementing predictive, preventive and corrective actions required to ensure the quality performance standards required by the PWS and customer satisfaction are met.</li><li>
Recommends additional or remedial work, if required.</li><li>
Researches and prepares technical reports for management.</li><li>
Assists with oversight of safe and compliant operations.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Minimum Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma.</li><li>
6 years&rsquo; experience in commercial and residential construction.</li><li>
Current or former Journeyman or higher equivalent trades worker.</li><li>
Familiarization with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices, International Building Codes (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC), ASHRAE Standards, OSHA regulations, National Fire Protection Codes (NFPA).</li></ul>
