Job Description 
SOSi is seeking an experienced Billeting Coordinator to support a Facilities Maintenance and Material Support contract with our government customer at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Manages the bulk of the site billeting requirements and perform tasks related to reservations, inventory, and control of related assets to include reconciliation and coordination of records for inbound and outbound personnel.</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring maintenance and update of the billeting portion of the customer web site.</li><li>
Plans room accommodation for conference attendees in CENTCOM facilities as well as the USAF Transient Facilities when capacity is exceeded.</li><li>
Manages Bed-Down Plans, room key control, custodial upkeep, linen supplies, and check-in/check-out procedures.</li><li>
Supervises the maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings of the CFH Dorms and DVQs.</li><li>
Maintains accountability of all furnishings/equipment.</li><li>
Reports occupancy status and submits work order repair tickets.</li><li>
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Minimum Requirements<ul><li>
Active in scope Secret clearance.</li><li>
At least five years of directly related or relevant experience.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Understanding of the Air Force or Army culture, language, and expectations for mission success.</li></ul>

Primarily work in an office environment, with occasional visits to accommodation sites.</li><li>

Job Description 
SOSi is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The tasks performed shall include but not be limited to minor plumbing, carpentry, sheet metal, welding, locksmithing, and minor movement and reconfiguration of furniture in support of a Government customer at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Perform repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance on customer facilities.</li><li>
Remodel, retrofit, and repair interior and exterior structures made of wood, light gauge metal, drywall, or plaster, and the associated plumbing systems.</li><li>
Perform troubleshooting and user-level preventive maintenance checks on plumbing systems and ensure higher-level preventive maintenance inspections are being conducted.</li><li>
Provide minor repairs to plumbing systems (water, sewage, and wastewater), old piping, clogged fixtures, leaky faucets, and equipment; check old pipes for fit, soundness, and operation; and maintain available back-up assets on hand to ensure operational levels.</li><li>
Conduct coordination with other facility maintenance tradesmen and civil engineering authorities.</li><li>
Work from blueprints, specifications, drawings, and instructions to remodel, retrofit, maintain, and repair various types of facilities and structures.</li><li>
Inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations; inspect related work by contractors.</li><li>
Plan, install, repair, alter, and/or replace furnishings, fixtures, equipment, appliances, and finishes to include doors, flooring, ceilings, and cabinets as necessary. This includes inspection, maintenance, repair or improvement of roofing components, windows, exterior drainage.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Minimum Requirements<ul><li>
Active in Scope TS/SCI security clearance.</li><li>
Five years of relevant facility maintenance experience.</li><li>
Experience with maintenance of residential and commercial structural, plumbing, locksmith, fencing, gating, furnishings or other common fixtures and systems.</li><li>
Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction and facilities trades.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Understanding of the Air Force or Army culture, language and expectations for mission success.</li><li>
Knowledge of welding and sheet metal fabrication for minor maintenance and repair of flashing, ducting, fencing, turnstiles, signage, and other structural components.</li></ul>

Work Environment<ul><li>
Full-time position with standard working hours; may require occasional evening or weekend work.</li><li>
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.</li><li>

Facility Maintenance Technician

SOSi is looking for a Hazardous Material Specialist to oversee hazardous material handling and disposal on an overseas O&amp;M contract. 
Qualifications 
Essential Job Duties:<ul><li>
Identify, manage, store, and dispose of dangerous materials (chemical, radioactive, biological) to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Conduct site inspections, manage spills, maintain compliance records, and train personnel on safety protocols.</li><li>
Collect and process hazardous waste from generation points and ensure proper segregation of waste streams.</li></ul><ul><li>
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records, including waste manifests, inspection reports, and safety data sheets.</li><li>
Conduct risk assessments and respond to environmental emergencies.</li><li>
Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly activities.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOS, and host nation environmental, health, and safety regulations.</li><li>
Interface with program management, safety, quality, and technical leads.</li><li>
Perform additional duties assigned in support of mission requirements.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Certifications: HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) 40-hour certification.</li><li>
Education: Associates degree or higher; OR 4 years of experience handling relevant HAZMAT can be substituted in place of a civilian degree.</li><li>
Experience with HAZMAT Classes 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9.</li><li>
Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DoD hazardous waste and environmental regulations.</li><li>
Ability to comply with U.S. and host-nation environmental and safety requirements for overseas operations.</li><li>
Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license and ability to operate government vehicles.</li></ul>
