Job Description 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, workshops, and interviews</li><li>
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria</li><li>
Work with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation</li><li>
Create documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)</li><li>
Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes</li><li>
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes</li><li>
Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or related field</li><li>
Strong understanding of Banking business processes and system workflows</li><li>
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation</li><li>
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar</li></ul>

Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca</li><li>
Implement model-based test automation for web, desktop, and API applications</li><li>
Create and maintain Tosca modules, test cases, and test case designs</li><li>
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing</li><li>
Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.)</li><li>
Execute API testing using Tosca and validate backend services</li><li>
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams</li></ul>
