Job Description 
Note: This is a full time role onsite to Bangalore. We are looking for Immediate Joiners only.<ul><li> 
Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases for Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent &amp; Performance, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).</li><li>
Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing across Workday releases and enhancements.</li><li>
Validate configuration changes, business processes, security roles, integrations, and reporting requirements.</li><li>
Participate in requirement analysis sessions to understand functional specs and identify test scenarios.</li><li>
Document defects clearly, track them through resolution, and collaborate with functional/technical teams for timely fixes.</li><li>
Support Workday release testing, including feature impact assessments and regression cycles.</li></ul>

Job Description 
The Workday Tester will be responsible for validating end-to-end Workday HCM and Payroll processes, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring system stability across integrations and payroll cycles. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Workday Payroll testing, test execution, data validation, and SQL for backend verification.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Testing<ul><li>
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Workday Payroll and related HCM modules.</li><li>
Create, review, and execute detailed test cases covering Payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, tax rules, retro pay, and time-related components.</li><li>
Validate E2E payroll processes, including payroll inputs, payroll results, audit reports, and post-payroll validations.</li><li>
Verify payroll outputs against business rules and compliance requirements.</li></ul>
