POSITION OBJECTIVES
The financial analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to optimize financial performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The analyst will have a diverse cross-departmental workload supporting multiple company initiatives.
Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis:<ul><li>
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.</li></ul>
Forecasting and Budgeting:<ul><li>
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.</li><li>
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget process.</li></ul>
Reporting:<ul><li>
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>
Develop, maintain and improve KPI reporting metrics to support decision making.</li><li>
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li></ul>
Strategic Support:<ul><li>
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.</li></ul>
Risk Management:<ul><li>
Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with internal controls and financial policies.</li></ul>
Ad-hoc Projects:<ul><li>

REQUIREMENTS: DEGREE
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, investment banking, or related roles.</li><li>
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>
Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).</li><li>
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

The Role
Marketing is not a peer to revenue &mdash; it is a core lever of the revenue function.
We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue to own end-to-end revenue performance across our multi-site car wash platform. This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. It is an outcomes-driven revenue leadership role with direct oversight of Marketing (Performance, CRM, Brand, Partnerships) and Revenue Analytics.
The VP of Revenue owns recurring revenue growth, pricing strategy, retention, and revenue analytics. This leader ensures that acquisition, lifecycle marketing, pricing, and operational execution are aligned around unit economics, customer behavior, and margin-aware growth.<ul><li>
This role reports directly to Paul, with strong cross-functional partnership across Finance and Operations.</li></ul>

Own the full revenue lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, retention, upgrade, churn, reactivation</li><li>
Establish LTV-based decisioning as the foundation for all growth investments</li><li>
Ensure revenue growth is predictable, scalable, and margin-aware</li></ul>
Marketing as a Revenue Engine<ul><li>
Directly lead Performance, CRM/lifecycle, Brand, and Partnerships</li><li>
Enforce LTV/CAC and payback discipline across acquisition spend</li><li>
Shift marketing from channel-based planning to customer-based planning</li><li>
Tie brand, performance, and retention into one revenue strategy</li><li>
Eliminate vanity metrics; align all marketing KPIs to revenue outcomes</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Pricing, Packaging &amp; Offers</h3><ul><li>
Own pricing architecture across membership and retail</li><li>
Design and test price increases, tier rationalization, entry offers, and upsell strategies</li><li>

Partner with Operations to ensure pricing aligns with site-level realities</li></ul>
Revenue Analytics &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>
Build and own the revenue analytics framework:
