Employment: B2B Contract &ndash; UK Working Hours (Flexibility Required) 
Salary: $1,100 &ndash; $1,700 USD/month (based on experience and skill level) 
 
About the Role
 
We are seeking a talented and performance-focused Video Editor to join the growing creative team at Launch With Us.
You will be responsible for producing engaging, conversion-driven video content for some of the fastest-growing DTC and eCommerce brands. This role requires a strong understanding of social-first content, direct-response advertising, and platform-specific editing styles that drive results across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical editing skills with a deep understanding of what makes performance creative successful.

You will join a collaborative creative team responsible for ideating, producing, testing, and optimising content across multiple industries and product categories. 
Requirements

Edit high-quality video content that aligns with each brand's identity, tone of voice, and objectives</li><li>
Produce a variety of creative formats including:</li><li><ul><li>
UGC Advertisements</li><li>
Founder-Led Content</li><li>
Product Demonstrations</li><li>
Motion Graphic Ads</li><li>
Performance Marketing Creatives</li><li>
Social Media Content</li></ul></li><li>
Optimise creative assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms</li><li>
Apply best practices for pacing, retention, hooks, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, and Clients</li><li>
Implement client and internal feedback efficiently and accurately</li><li>
Organise project files and maintain production workflows</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform developments</li><li>
Continuously look for ways to improve creative performance and production efficiency</li></ul>

Requirements &ndash; Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>
2+ years of video editing experience, preferably within eCommerce, marketing, or agency environments
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of After Effects</li><li>
Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube</li><li>
Understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative principles</li><li>
Strong skills in:</li><li><ul><li>
Motion Graphics</li><li>
Captions &amp; Subtitles</li><li>
Transitions</li><li>
Sound Design</li><li>
Colour Correction &amp; Grading</li><li>
Creative Storytelling</li></ul></li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines</li><li>
Strong communication skills and fluent written/spoken English</li></ul>
