AI is no longer a &ldquo;nice-to-have&rdquo;. It&rsquo;s becoming a core production lever and this role exists to turn AI video tools into a repeatable, high-performing production engine. 
 
About the role 
The AI Videographer / Visual Prompt Engineer is a new and critical role at Hambi.
You will act as the AI production unit within our creative ecosystem, translating creative strategy briefs into high-quality, performance-driven AI video outputs using tools such as VO3, SORA 2, Arc Ads 2.0, and emerging platforms.
Just like a traditional production team receives scripts, concepts, and shot lists, you will receive creative briefs and turn them into AI-generated video assets that are ready to test, iterate, and scale in paid social environments.
You are responsible for craft, consistency, speed, and performance readiness. You will innovate through testing and learning and help scale our ability to deliver ads at scale.

Demonstrated experience using AI video and image-generation tools</li>
<li>Strong visual eye and understanding of pacing, framing, and storytelling</li>
<li>Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate intent into visuals</li>
<li>Comfort iterating rapidly and responding to feedback</li>
Strong attention to detail and output quality

Creative Strategists will develop:<ul>
<li>
Concepts</li>
<li>Scripts</li>
<li>Angles</li>
<li>Shot lists or visual intent</li>
<li>Static shots</li>
<li>Iteration requests</li>
<li>B-roll requests</li>
<li>Hook visual requests</li>
</ul>
You will:<ul>
<li>
Translate those briefs into precise visual prompts utilising tools like Sora 2, Veo 3, Arc Ads 2.0 and other emerging platforms</li>
<li>Generate AI video assets aligned with performance goals</li>
<li>Iterate outputs based on feedback and results</li>
<li>Work alongside Production when hybrid shoots or real b-roll are required</li>
<li>Continuously refine prompt systems, templates, and workflows</li>
<li>Provide assets to Creative Strategists to utilise as part of their tickets provided to post-production</li>
<li>Support in feedback and collaborate with our operations team to help develop ai production agents

About the Role 
We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Virtual Reporting Assistant to support our account management team by producing accurate, professional weekly and monthly performance reports for our clients.
This role is process-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys working to clear SOPs, managing multiple clients, and delivering consistently high-quality outputs on tight timelines.
Requirements<ul>

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely</li>
<li>Confident using Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Drive</li>
<li>Comfortable handling screenshots, formatting decks, and organising folders</li>
<li>Excellent time management and ability to meet fixed deadlines</li>
<li>Clear written communication skills (Slack and internal tools)</li>
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive, process-based tasks

Experience working with performance marketing or ad reporting</li></ul><ul>
<li>Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads reporting</li>
Previous experience in a virtual assistant or operations role

</ul>Responsibilities 
Weekly Client Reporting:<ul>
<li>
Produce weekly &amp; monthly performance reports for multiple clients every Monday, starting at 7am GMT/BST, with completion targeted by 10am&ndash;1pm</li>
<li>Follow a defined reporting process using internal boards to identify clients and assignees</li>
<li>Create and correctly name Google Slides reports using provided templates</li>
<li>Pull and screenshot performance data from reporting spreadsheets, filtered to the correct date range</li>
<li>Customise reports based on each client&rsquo;s active advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)</li>
<li>Ensure all reports are professionally formatted, clearly presented, and free of internal instructions</li>
<li>Save reports into the correct client folder structure within Google Drive</li>
<li>Set appropriate sharing permissions and log report links in internal tracking boards</li>
Send completed report links to the relevant account managers via Slack

</ul>Monthly Client Reporting:<ul>
<li>
Create monthly performance reports using dedicated monthly templates</li>
<li>Screenshot and include both soft metrics and conversion metrics from reporting spreadsheets</li>
<li>Adjust reports to reflect the platforms each client uses</li>
<li>Maintain consistent formatting, correct section numbering, and clean presentation</li>
<li>Upload reports to the correct client folders and update internal boards with links</li>
Share completed reports with account managers via Slack

Respond to edit requests and feedback from account managers</li>
<li>Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all reporting</li>
Help improve efficiency and clarity within reporting workflows over time
