Planning to expand in 2025, the team is expanding to accommodate our speed to market.Job ProfileAs our Retouching Specialist / Digital Artist, you will be the final guardian of our visual perfection. Your mission is to elevate our product and brand photography to a world-class standard through meticulous high-end retouching. You will be responsible for ensuring that every image&mdash;from a detailed product shot to an inspiring architectural photo&mdash;flawlessly represents the quality, materials, and design integrity of Sobha Furniture, establishing a consistent and premium visual language across all our assets.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>High-End Retouching: Perform expert-level retouching on all brand photography, including product shots, lifestyle and in-situ images, and architectural photography of our showrooms and projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Correction: Execute detailed tasks such as color correction to ensure product accuracy, pathing and masking, removing imperfections, and cleaning up backgrounds.</li></ul><ul><li>Material Integrity: Skillfully enhance the natural texture and finish of complex materials like wood grains, fabrics, metals, and glass, ensuring they look both realistic and aspirational.</li></ul><ul><li>Compositing: Combine multiple images seamlessly when required to create the perfect final shot.</li></ul><ul><li>Consistency &amp; Guidelines: Work with the Creative Manager to establish and maintain consistent retouching standards and color profiles across all brand imagery.</li></ul><ul><li>Workflow Management: Manage a high volume of images from raw files to final delivery, maintaining an organized workflow and adhering to project deadlines.</li></ul><ul><li>Quality Assurance: Conduct final quality control on all images to ensure they meet the brand&rsquo;s exacting standards before they are used in any collateral.</li></ul>Skills, Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Experience: You have 3-5+ years of dedicated experience as a high-end Retoucher, with a background in a commercial studio, creative agency, or in-house at a premium brand.</li></ul><ul><li>Portfolio Required: You must submit an outstanding portfolio that clearly demonstrates your retouching capabilities. &quot;Before and after&quot; examples are essential, showcasing your work on products with complex surfaces, textures, and lighting.</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Mastery: You are a master of Adobe Photoshop, with expert-level skills in advanced techniques such as frequency separation, complex masking, color grading, and non-destructive editing workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Expert Eye for Detail: You possess a meticulous and uncompromising eye for detail, color, light, and shadow. You have an innate understanding of what makes an image look polished and premium without appearing unnatural.</li></ul><ul><li>Industry-Specific Experience: Experience retouching furniture, interiors, automotive, or other luxury hard goods is highly desirable.</li></ul><ul><li>Key Attributes: You are patient, methodical, and highly organized. You thrive in a role that requires intense focus and precision and can work efficiently to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Please Note - The Job Profile may require a test as a part of Interview Process.The location for this profile is Dubai but in between you may have to travel to Kezad in Abu Dhabi sometimes.
