Job Description</b></h2></div><div><p>
This role will provide scientific support to the MENAT field team, regional head office Medical Affairs team and external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and be instrumental in establishing and enhancing the company&rsquo;s reputation with HCPs delivering the required medical information in the interest of benefits of patients</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts and other medical scientific stakeholders.</li><li>
Share information with field and head-office teams regarding communications with KOLs</li><li>
Deliver high quality medical and scientific communications in line with defined corporate level and Business Unit communication plans.</li><li>
Create and execute center of excellence engagement plan.</li><li>
Support affiliate&rsquo;s Medical and Commercial team in developing local medical tactics and provide input to regional plans if relevant.</li><li>
Organize and set up scientific advisory boards with the appropriate key stakeholders.</li><li>
Work with local patient access team and in co-ordination with the HQ patient access function to support local market access, pricing and reimbursement.</li><li>
Contribute and support medical scientific aspects in various activities locally and regionally.</li><li>
Provide local and regional feedback to regional office when performing Business Development Due Diligence and competitor analysis.</li><li>
Delivery input to regional office led medical programs ahead of launch.</li><li>
Attend relevant local, regional and global congresses and symposiums to represent Sobi and interact with appropriate stakeholders and customers.</li><li>
Facilitate and manage named-patient use (NPU), in collaboration with Sobi&rsquo;s overall activities in this field</li><li>
Ensure ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, and adherence to those regulations and policies.</li><li>
In coordination with the Medical Director and MSM : Propose, implement and monitor the regional medical action plan (Strategic &amp; Operational) which includes Phase 3 or 4 studies, investigator studies, post-authorization studies, promotional and educational medical projects.</li><li>
Proactive and timely input into Brand Strategy, plan and budget</li><li>
To respond to medical questions from customers and company colleagues</li><li>
To ensure initial and continued medical training of field teams</li><li>
To validate team&rsquo;s medical information</li><li>
To work with field teams on public relations or symposia with healthcare professionals.</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Education/Learning Experience</b></p><p>
Required: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Medicine)</p><p>
Desired: Postgraduate university degree level education &ndash; medical based</p><p><b>
Work Experience</b></p><p>
Required: Experience within GCC markets and 2 years + of experience as MSL</p><p>
Desired: Experience in haematology and rare diseases field</p><p><b>
Skills/Knowledge</b></p><p>
Required:</p><ul><li>Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint &amp; Word&hellip;etc.)</li><li>Ability to Manage diversified portfolio and business complexity.</li><li>Proven track record of achievements &amp; demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed medical KPI's</li><li>Operational Discipline to execute the aligned plans.</li></ul><p><b>

Job Description</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Prepare and manage Marketing Authorisation Applications (MAA) for Sobi products in GCC Region, including submission to Health Authorities via national or centralised procedures.</li><li>
Assess and process variations, renewals, and CMC changes for products and manufacturing sites across GCC/ME region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date product files and regulatory documentation, including labels and leaflets, to meet internal and external requirements.</li><li>
Monitor and report on regulatory activities, including significant changes in the regulatory environment, and prepare monthly reports.</li><li>
Optimise approval timelines by effectively managing file evaluations and liaising with Health Authorities.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with national legislation, international and local regulatory guidelines, and internal requirements whilst optimising company resources.</li><li>
Provide regulatory advice and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are met and submissions adhere to strict deadlines.</li><li>
Perform additional Regulatory Affairs duties as requested by the manager.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><p>
Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Regulatory Affairs within pharmaceutical companies</li><li>
Familiarity with SFDA guidelines and regulatory requirements in GCC countries</li><li>
Experience managing variations, renewals, labelling updates, and other LCM submissions</li><li>
Strong written and spoken English skills</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing regulatory requirements</li><li>
Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities</li></ul><p>
Desired Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
GCC and/or Middle East working experience</li><li>
Arabic language proficiency</li><li>
