The role involves lead generation, client engagement, market outreach, and supporting sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new business leads through market research, outreach, and networking</li><li>Support sales activities, including client meetings, follow-ups, and proposal preparation</li><li>Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.)</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities</li><li>Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM systems</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts</li><li>Track sales performance and prepare basic reports for management</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with strong potential may apply)</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
