</div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective ceremonies</li>
<li>Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices</li>
<li>Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery</li>
<li>Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project progress to stakeholders</li>
<li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog</li>
<li>Shield the team from external distractions and scope creep during sprints</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred</li>
<li>2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe</li>
<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills</li>
<li>Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello</li>
<li>Ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams</li>
<li>Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about servant leadership</li>

We offer high-energy, fun, and engaging soccer classes to children ages 2&ndash;8, using the sport as a vehicle to positively impact children&rsquo;s lives. Our curriculum focuses on character development, not just soccer skills and goals! We operate year-round at preschools, daycares, community centers, and parks.</div>

<div>We&rsquo;re searching for energetic, reliable, and fun-loving coaches who can connect with young children, follow our age-appropriate curriculum, and bring each 30&ndash;40 minute session to life. No need to be a soccer pro&mdash;just bring your passion, personality, and positive attitude!</div>

<div><i>Great with Kids</i>: You love working with children ages 2&ndash;8 and have experience in coaching, babysitting, childcare, education, or camp counseling.</div>
<div><i>Reliable &amp; Responsible</i>: You show up on time, communicate well, and can manage a group of up to 10+ kids.</div>
<div><i>Professional &amp; Positive:</i> You&rsquo;re comfortable interacting with parents, school staff, and fellow team members.</div>
<div><i>Willing to Travel:</i> You have reliable transportation and are willing to drive up to 25 miles for a session (gas reimbursement available).</div>
<div><b>Must-Haves:</b>
</div><div>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and your own reliable vehicle</div>
<div>Ability to pass a criminal background check</div>
<div>Availability for at least 2&ndash;3 days per week (Monday&ndash;Saturday)</div>
<div>Enthusiasm for soccer and early childhood education (no professional playing experience required!)</div>
<div><b>Typical Hours:</b></div>
<div>Weekdays: 9:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 PM<br>
 Saturdays: 9:00 AM &ndash; 11:00 AM<br>
 We&rsquo;ll work with your schedule&mdash;coaching hours are flexible and based on your availability.</div>
