Interior Designer (Entry&ndash;Mid Level) Scottsdale, Arizona | Full-TimeSocial Design Studio is a boutique hospitality interiors firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We partner with clients throughout the Valley and across the country to create distinctive restaurants, bars, boutique hotels, resorts, and experience-driven destinations.We believe great hospitality design is about more than aesthetics&mdash;it's about creating places where people gather, connect, and make memories. As a hands-on, collaborative studio, we're involved in every phase of the process, from concept development, design development to construction and final installation.We're passionate about thoughtful design, strong client relationships, and creating environments that leave a lasting impression.What You'll Do<ul><li>Support projects from concept development through construction administration and installation</li><li>Assist with design concepts, material palettes, furniture selections, and presentation development</li><li>Produce and coordinate construction documentation</li><li>Develop SketchUp models, renderings, and visual presentations</li><li>Participate in site visits, field verification, installations, and project meetings</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and consultants</li><li>Source finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories</li><li>Help maintain project schedules, documentation, and organization</li><li>Contribute to a collaborative studio culture focused on design excellence and continuous improvement</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of professional experience within an interior design studio</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop</li><li>Experience contributing to projects from concept through construction</li><li>Understanding of construction documentation and detailing</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A strong design eye and appreciation for materials, proportion, and detail</li><li>Enscape and/or Revit experience is a plus</li></ul>Why Join Social Design Studio?We're a boutique hospitality design firm, which means every designer plays an active role in shaping projects.
