Optimize content for different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.</li><li>

Content Creation &amp; Community Engagement</b></div><ul><li>
Generate, edit, publish, and share <b>daily content</b> (text, images, videos, reels, stories) to build meaningful customer connections.</li><li>
Engage with followers, respond to queries and encourage positive interactions to <b>foster brand loyalty</b>.</li><li>
Collaborate with designers, videographers and influencers to create <b>visually appealing and high-engagement content</b>.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Brand Growth &amp; Awareness</b></div><ul><li>
Set up and optimize company pages across platforms to improve <b>brand visibility and reach</b>.</li><li>
Identify <b>brand advocates, influencers, and community groups</b> to drive organic growth.</li><li>
Execute paid campaigns through <b>Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads</b> to enhance reach and conversions.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Analytics &amp; Performance Tracking</b></div><ul><li>
Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using tools like <b>Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and third-party social media tools</b>.</li><li>

Collaboration &amp; Campaign Management</b></div><ul><li>
Work closely with the <b>Marketing, Design, and Product teams</b> to ensure social media campaigns align with brand goals.</li><li>
Plan and maintain an <b>editorial content calendar</b> for timely execution of promotions, launches and collaborations.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for <b>viral and trend-driven content</b> to enhance audience engagement.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Requirements:</b></div><ul><li><b>
1-2 years of experience</b> in <b>Social Media Marketing, Digital Media or Content Strategy</b>.</li><li>
Strong understanding of <b>content marketing, branding and audience engagement strategies</b>.</li><li>
Hands-on experience in <b>Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram Insights and Google Analytics</b>.</li><li>
Excellent <b>copywriting, communication and creative storytelling skills</b>.</li><li>
Knowledge of <b>SEO, web traffic metrics and online marketing trends</b>.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with a strong sense of <b>organization and detail-orientation</b>.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

.Strong knowledge of HR policies, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes</li><li>
