 We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and curious Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you&rsquo;ll work directly under the Senior Marketing Manager to support a range of initiatives across partnerships, events, email campaigns, sales enablement, and more.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 Partnership &amp; Event Support

 Assist in the coordination and execution of partner and industry events
 </li>
 <li>
 Help manage event logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes from partner activations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Email Marketing

 Build and schedule marketing emails in platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in creating and optimizing nurture and drip campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Help track email performance metrics and report insights
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Sales Enablement Materials

 Collaborate on the development and design of sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure materials are aligned with brand messaging and updated regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate feedback between sales and marketing teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Marketing Operations

 Assist in cross-functional project management
 </li>

 Maintain organization across marketing assets and campaign timelines

 Research industry trends, competitor activity, and creative ideas for content and campaigns

 Who You Are

 You&rsquo;re a recent graduate or early-career marketer with ~1&ndash;2 years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and the creator economy
 </li>

 Detail-oriented, with great project management and multitasking skills

 A strong writer and communicator who isn&rsquo;t afraid to take initiative
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Canva, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Ads
