We are seeking a Graphic Designer to design attractive and engaging social media posts with compelling captions daily.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create visually appealing social media posts, stories, and banners tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media content strategies.</li><li>Ensure all designs are optimised for each platform and maintain brand consistency.</li><li>Monitor design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation.</li><li>Deliver high-quality designs on a daily basis, meeting deadlines consistently.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 1-5 years in graphic design, preferably focused on social media content creation.</li><li>Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs.</li><li>Basic understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.</li><li>Basic English communication skills, particularly for crafting captions and engaging with team members.</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Weekend availability</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Performance bonus</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
