 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>

 The role is a high-client-touch role that requires good communication skills to build relationships and trust with our clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as back-up to Salespeople, as well as cover your own clients for EQD flow products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate client requests with different teams (Trading and Engineering).
 </li>
 <li>
 Quarterback price requests received from clients, interpret these requests correctly and transmit them to the pricing team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confirm trades with clients following execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all post-trade operations and coordinate with middle office, back office, and documentations teams for bookings
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the management of the secondary market activity in collaboration with the senior sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Request Credit/ Risk approvals (liaise with the Risk department and COOs) and monitor existing credit lines.
 </li>
 <li>
 General upkeep of operational issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Kick off KYC processes for new customers on-boarding and coordinate new clients' sub-accounts openings with Client Support Unit. Provide overall care of client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with automation, engineering, operations, and COO teams to continuously identify issues and improve processes.

 Knowledge of MS Excel, MS word

 COMPENSATION:
 
 
 
 Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
