 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler with or without experience in Inspection scheduling to conduct the deployment and routing of 50+ field inspectors daily. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and responsible. Opportunities to advance for those with an ambition to do so and are eager to learn.
 
 
 <ul>

 Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees in order to provide an efficient and productive work environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job status updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 This position is responsible for directing/scheduling field inspectors as well as daily communication with our clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dispatch work orders and details to inspectors daily thru phone call and email
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide updates and follow up on jobs for numerous construction projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring inspectors, handling paperwork, entering correct information into the system
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Description of the Role

 Provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering services, including but not limited to, design and design review services, for building and infrastructure projects in the UAE and internationally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review of HVAC and Plumbing designs, calculations and reports, as per Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend site visits and meetings as required by the project and the clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify business opportunities for SOCOTEC and work closely with the Commercial team to develop these.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Commercial team with the preparation of fee proposals and quotations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Technical Manager and Accountant for reporting and invoicing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Technical Manager, Accountant and Managing Director in analyzing the financial data associated with your projects.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Duties And Responsibilities

 Be responsible for the delivery of the highest quality of work to SOCOTEC clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver services within the timeframes dictated by the client and SOCOTEC.

 Responsible for ensuring that work is carried out as per the relevant instructions.

 Consistently exceed clients&rsquo; expectations.

 Comply with SOCOTEC&rsquo;s group policies and procedures.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 8 years&rsquo; experience, including 4 years in Abu Dhabi.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ADM codes and local regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in international codes and local regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in Mechanical Design and Design Review in the building construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in international codes and local regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English. Arabic recommended.
