Our teams work with modern architectures and automation driven environments.Growth We invest in leadership development, certifications, and global technology conferences to ensure our senior leaders remain at the forefront of innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Strategy Define and execute the overall IT and enterprise systems strategy aligned with business goalsArchitecture Oversight Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and high availability systemsLeadership Manage and mentor senior engineers, architects, and IT managers across multiple domainsDigital Transformation Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and data platformsGovernance and Security Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain strong cybersecurity frameworksStakeholder Management Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to align technical solutions with operational needsWhat We Are Looking ForExperience 10 plus years in enterprise IT, information systems, or infrastructure leadership roles with at least 5 years at a senior or director levelTrack Record Proven success delivering large scale technology projects and managing cross functional teamsTechnical Expertise Strong background in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and system integrationLeadership Skills Ability to lead high performing teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational changeEducation Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are an advantageMindset Strategic thinker with a practical approach who can balance innovation with execution and deliver results in complex environmentsPay: RO2,800.000 - RO3,500.000 per monthWork Location: In person
