Job SummaryVenegas Designs is a Los Angeles-based custom furniture and millwork studio specializing in high-end, made-to-order pieces built in-house at our City of Industry workshop. We serve homeowners, business owners, and interior designers, including clients in the entertainment industry, who expect precision, quality, and clear communication at every stage.We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production &amp; Project Coordinator to manage client projects from onboarding through delivery. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple active projects simultaneously. This role works directly with ownership and the production team to ensure every order is executed on time, built correctly, and delivered as promised, right the first time.Responsibilities<ul><li>Onboard new clients after the sale closes, collecting all project specifications, material selections, and requirements</li><li>Create and submit production orders using standardized internal forms</li><li>Set up and manage all active projects in Monday.com, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project stages at all times</li><li>Coordinate daily with the production team to monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues</li><li>Ensure all pieces are properly packed out with complete documentation before handoff to the delivery team</li><li>Communicate project status updates to clients at key milestones</li><li>Maintain an organized pipeline across multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Use both desktop and mobile tools to stay connected and responsive throughout the workday</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or project management role, experience in furniture, interior design, construction, or manufacturing is a plus but not required</li><li>Proficiency with Monday.com or comparable project management platforms (Asana, Trello, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop for basic file prep and documentation tasks</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing track of details</li><li>Clear and professional written and verbal communication</li><li>Proactive problem-solver who can identify and resolve issues before they escalate</li><li>Comfortable using tech tools on both computer and phone to manage daily workflow</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish a plus</li></ul>Why Venegas Designs<ul><li>Work on one-of-a-kind, high-end pieces crafted for real clients with real vision</li><li>Small, focused team with direct access to leadership</li><li>Collaborative culture built around doing the work right, on time, together</li><li>Growing company with room to advance as we scale</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
