Position Overview</b></h3><p>
We are seeking a talented and energetic <b>Barista</b> to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment inside our vibrant, fast-paced soccer and recreation facility.</p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service</li><li>
Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately</li><li>
Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications</li><li>
Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards</li><li>
Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly</li><li>
Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift</li><li>
Keep all areas&mdash;workstations, kitchen, and dining areas&mdash;clean and organized</li><li>
Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred</li><li>
Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management abilities</li><li>
Team player with a positive, energetic attitude</li><li>
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
Must be able to stand for extended periods</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts</li><li>
