Job Description:

The Bartender blends equal parts enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our developing food &amp; beverage program. We count on you to create a unique, personal experience for each guest you encounter by making personal connections, garnished with a great attitude that brings folks back to Sofive!<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h4><ul><li>
Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions</li><li>
Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system</li><li>
Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule</li><li>
Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time</li><li>
Required: Minimum age of 21 years old</li><li>
Plus: appreciation for soccer!</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>
Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events in order to proactively inform guests and invite them back</li><li>
You are responsible for taking orders, making beverages for all guests, serving beverages, selling food, and building repeat clientele</li><li>
Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience</li><li>
Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow</li><li>
Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers</li><li>
Ability to make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business</li><li>
Cross training and mandatory cleaning are requirements of the role</li></ul>

Position Overview</h3>
We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment inside our vibrant, fast-paced soccer and recreation facility.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service</li><li>
Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately</li><li>
Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications</li><li>
Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards</li><li>
Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly</li><li>
Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift</li><li>
Keep all areas&mdash;workstations, kitchen, and dining areas&mdash;clean and organized</li><li>
Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred</li><li>
Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management abilities</li><li>
Team player with a positive, energetic attitude</li><li>
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Must be able to stand for extended periods</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Working Conditions</h3><ul><li>
