Job Title: Scrum Master (Healthcare insurance background)Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Hybrid)Duration- 12 Months Contract RoleJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes, support our product teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help teams adhere to Agile principles and continuously improve their workflows.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.</li><li>Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Coach teams on Agile practices, Scrum framework, and Agile mindset.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.</li><li>Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and other key metrics.</li><li>Promote transparency and open communication among team members and stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hourWork Location: In person
