SoftCircles is a dynamic IT Services and IT Consulting company specializing in software development and digital solutions, committed to delivering innovative and high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications and a basic understanding of frontend and backend testing processes. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will assist in designing and executing test cases, identifying issues, and working closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in creating and executing test plans and test cases for web applications and mobile applications.</li><li>Perform manual testing of frontend interfaces and backend functionality.</li><li>Log, track, and follow up on bugs and issues using defect tracking tools.</li><li>Support regression and smoke testing to validate application functionality after changes.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide QA feedback.</li><li>Learn and gradually contribute to automation testing initiatives using tools like Selenium or Cypress.</li><li>Continuously improve skills in testing methodologies and QA best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>6 months to 1 years of experience in QA or software testing.</li><li>Basic knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).</li><li>Understanding of QA concepts, test case design, and bug reporting.</li><li>Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API testing is a plus.</li><li>Eagerness to learn automation and performance testing techniques.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Willingness to learn automation and performance testing</li></ul>What Do We Offer You?<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Supportive learning environment with mentorship</li><li>Exposure to international projects and clients</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Team-building activities and a collaborative work culture</li></ul>Note: Only Male candidates can apply Company: SoftCircles Location: Model Town, Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, Internship, FresherWork Location: In person
