Job Title: Tender &amp; Marketing Specialist Location: Islamabad Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 PMWe are seeking a Tender &amp; Marketing Specialist to lead the company&rsquo;s bid writing and marketing efforts. This role will involve preparing high-quality tender applications, proposals, and bids while also developing marketing strategies to promote our services. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, and marketing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to business growth.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Tender &amp; Bid Writing (60%)<ul><li>Identify relevant tender opportunities through government portals, procurement websites, and market research.</li><li>Prepare and submit high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals that align with our services and client requirements.</li><li>Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with tender specifications and eligibility criteria.</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather necessary information, case studies, and supporting documents for bids.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end bid process, including tender writing, proofreading, submission, and follow-ups.</li><li>Track tender submission deadlines, ensure timely submissions, and monitor bid outcomes.</li><li>Maintain a tender database of previous submissions, feedback, and success rates for continuous improvement.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Business Development (40%)<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and generate new business leads.</li><li>Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.</li><li>Oversee social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness.</li><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s website updates, blogs, and SEO strategies to attract potential clients.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and procurement professionals.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.</li></ul>Requirements:Essential:<ul><li>A relevant bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>At least 3 years of proven experience in bid writing, tender submission, or proposal writing.</li><li>Strong marketing background, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling content.</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills to understand bid requirements and market trends.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as Canva, MailChimp, or WordPress.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with procurement requirements.</li></ul>Desirable:&#10133; Experience in the language services, translation, or interpretation industry.&#10133; Knowledge of public sector procurement and framework agreements.&#10133; Familiarity with graphic design tools, SEO, or CRM systems.If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for procurement and possess the necessary experience and skills, we would love to hear from you!
