 We are looking to add a Web Developer to support our Marketing team to manage our company's website to support our Enterprise &amp; Government Customers using VIDIZMO products and Services either on SaaS, Customer's Azure &amp; AWS Cloud or On-Premise Models.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for inception, ongoing maintenance and enhancement through continuous improvement of our portfolio of our websites, as we operate within the realm of a product-based company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage &amp; Update third-party integrations/plugins like HubSpot, Yoast etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify trends and insights and optimize speed and performance based on the insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for an end-to-end optimized website with lower load time &amp; fulfilling W3C standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the team of developers, graphic designer and video editor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with Content Marketing Team for constant flow of SEO optimized content within the given timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep track of web analytics and report on key performance indicators, including website traffic, conversion rates, and search engine rankings
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize website content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link building
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve visitor journey by improving Navigation, UI/UX
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize the analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimizing landing pages and user funnels
 </li>
 <li>
 A/B and multivariate experiments
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge of PHP, Web Frameworks &amp; CMSs especially WordPress
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge on SEO tools, such as SEO Yoast, SEMrush, Ahref, Moz, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in REST API and JSON
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of best security practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Team management skills

 Qualification &amp; Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years of solid working experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track website performance and identify areas for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress, to manage and update website content
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building

 Responsibilities

 Understand VIDIZMO Enterprise Video &amp; Digital Media Solutions, its target industries, markets, and buyer persona
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and prospecting
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage customer inquiries through calls and emails
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with potential leads, prospects, and customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Transform leads into sales opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Map out and understand customer requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish an understanding of the product pricing and features
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage customer sales accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Close deals and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with the team to effectively close sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule appointments for product demonstrations
 </li>

 Update CRM/Hubspot to produce accurate data in real-time
 </li>

 Capable of working independently and with the team where required

 Education / Experience

 Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business (Marketing, Sales)

 0-5 Years of Experience Required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in selling IT Solutions
 </li>

 Excellent negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand sales performance metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to speak and understand multiple languages is a plus
