 Key Responsibilities

 Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to generate leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and build targeted email lists for outreach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use AI tools to automate, personalize, and optimize campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure high deliverability rates by maintaining clean and verified lists.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing &amp; AI-driven automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in B2B lead generation or email marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-learner with the ability to produce results independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to use ChatGPT and other AI tools efficiently for lead generation and content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset to measure campaign success (open rates, clicks, conversions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in night shift (6 PM &ndash; 3 AM PKT).
 
 
 </li>

 Understanding of email compliance laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
 </li>

 Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
