It can also be a great fit for students seeking remote or part time work opportunitiesKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels/Shorts for social media platforms.</li><li>Post and optimize videos with captions, hashtags, and thumbnails to maximize reach.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, sounds, and formats in short-form video content.</li><li>Apply knowledge of basic algorithms to improve content visibility and engagement.</li><li>Use the latest editing tools and AI-powered features to enhance video quality.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to develop innovative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven experience in content creation, specifically short-form video.</li><li>A working portfolio showcasing Reels/Shorts or similar projects.</li><li>The candidate must not be camera shy and should be comfortable appearing on camera, confident while presenting ideas, speaking, or performing</li><li>The candidate must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively, write engaging captions, and interact professionally on digital platforms.</li><li>Strong skills in video shooting and editing (mobile or professional).</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Understanding of content algorithms and audience engagement strategies.</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve Photoshop, or Illustrator</li><li>Openness to learning and experimenting with AI-based editing tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently with creativity and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you confident in front of the camera and comfortable presenting your ideas, speaking, or performing without feeling camera shy?</li><li>Are you fluent in English and able to communicate effectively, including writing captions and interacting professionally on digital platforms?</li><li>How many years of working experience do you have as a Content Creator </li><li>Do you have expertise in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or Illustrator?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
