About the RoleWe're looking for a results-driven Sr. SEO Specialist to manage and grow organic search performance across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct keyword research and map keywords to target pages</li><li>Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content structure</li><li>Perform content audits, indexing and recommendations for existing pages</li><li>Optimize content for AI search, AEO, and GEO to improve visibility in Google AI Overviews and other LLM platforms.</li><li>Implement schema, entity SEO, and structured content to increase AI citations, answer relevance, and brand visibility.</li><li>Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles for multiple clients</li><li>Execute link-building outreach campaigns (guest posts, citations, PR links)</li><li>Track domain authority growth and competitor backlink analysis</li><li>Conduct full technical audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals)</li><li>Work with developers to fix technical issues (broken links, redirects, schema markup, etc.)</li><li>Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags</li><li>Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for multiple clients</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a marketing agency</li><li>Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills</li></ul>Time 3pm-12amInterested ones share cvs hr@softnoxtechnologies.netWork Location: In person
