 Requirement Gathering
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead client workshops to understand business processes
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Analyse workflows and create clear Odoo blueprints
 
 
 
 
 Implementation and Configuration
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Configure modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and more
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Validate and test customisations with the technical team
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Data Migration and Testing
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Plan and execute data migration
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Prepare testing scripts and support UAT
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Training and Support
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Deliver training sessions for end-users
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Provide structured post-go-live support
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Contribution

 What do we need from you?
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 4 to 6 years hands-on Odoo functional experience
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Must have delivered full Odoo implementations
 
 
 
 
 Certifications:
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Odoo Functional Certification (v16 or higher) required
 
 
 
 
 &bull; PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of ERP flows
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Ability to design end-to-end business processes
