We&rsquo;re expanding our delivery team and looking for an Odoo Implementation Consultant who can map business processes, deliver tailored ERP setups, and guide clients through their digital transformation journey.

 🕒 Working Hours: 8-hour shifts &ndash; flexibility within business hours
 
 
 🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week&nbsp;

 What You&rsquo;ll Requirement Analysis &amp; Blueprinting
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Meet with clients to gather and analyse business requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Map current business processes and design an optimal Odoo ERP blueprint
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Implementation &amp; Configuration
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Install and configure Odoo modules to meet business needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Customise and integrate modules using Odoo Studio and other tools
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Data Migration &amp; Testing
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage data migration, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the solution meets quality standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Training &amp; Support
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver comprehensive training sessions for end-users
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Project Management &amp; Reporting
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed reports on progress, performance, and outcomes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What do We Need from You?
 
 
 Experience:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years in ERP implementations, hands-on Odoo experience preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Certifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Odoo Certification (v16 minimum) is required &ndash; v17 or v18 is highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP certification is a strong plus
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical &amp; Analytical Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP configuration
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to customise and troubleshoot Odoo modules
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Personal Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and with a collaborative team
