Job Description 
We are looking for a Software Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our full-stack development team. In this role, you will take ownership of features and modules, contribute to AI-powered applications, and work closely with senior engineers, product teams, and clients to deliver high-quality software solutions across diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications</li><li>
Build and integrate LLM-powered features and AI-assisted workflows into applications</li><li>
Actively work with AI code agents (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity and code quality</li><li>
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code</li><li>
Participate in system design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews</li><li>
Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and design</li><li>
Communicate technical concepts clearly in client meetings and internal discussions</li><li>
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing</li><li>
Continuously improve development practices, performance, and security standards</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development</li><li>
Solid experience with React and Next.js for frontend development</li><li>
Working knowledge of Laravel/PHP (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication flows</li><li>
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and ORM frameworks</li><li>
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, or containerization (Docker) is a plus</li><li>
Good grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and performance optimization</li></ul> 

Experience &amp; Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or a related field from FAST-NUCES or COMSATS University</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of professional software development experience</li><li>
Experience working on production-level applications and client-facing projects</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to independently handle modules or features end-to-end</li></ul>

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>
