Job Description 
Role Overview 
We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our full-stack development team. You'll work across multiple technology stacks, contribute to AI-powered applications, and collaborate with experienced developers on diverse client projects. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Work with AI code agents and integrate LLM-powered features into applications</li><li>
Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Laravel</li><li>
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code</li><li>
Collaborate with team members on architecture decisions and code reviews</li><li>
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack</li><li>
Participate in client meetings and communicate technical concepts clearly</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Requirements 
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development</li><li>
Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development</li><li>
Working knowledge of Laravel/PHP (Optional)</li><li>
Familiarity with AI code agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools)</li><li>
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms</li><li>
Experience with REST APIs and database management</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from FAST-NUCES or COMSATS University</li><li>
Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in software development</li><li>
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>
Communication<ul><li>
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>
Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul>
