Olive HRMS &amp; Payroll Support Job DescriptionOverview:Olive Technologies FZE a leading provider of Payroll and HR solutions in the Middle East, South Asia and Africa region with a mission to provide quality products and services in the HR and Payroll domain. As a growing UAE based services firm, Olive Middle east is seeking IT Applications Support Specialist professionals to join its Support &amp; Implementation team.The Applications Support Specialist will provide technical support to users in multiple levels of experience and system access, prepare documentation, provide training, improve system usability by working with other members of the application team, and support corporate strategies and goals.The position involves telephone support, although the specialist may also assist users through emails and messaging services as well. It is of utmost importance that the specialist has extensive knowledge of the enterprise applications.Responsibilities:Essential DutiesProvide expertise and technical knowledge about the suite of HRIS/HCM applications being provided both internally and externally to users.<ul><li>Answer inquiries and resolve issues with software applications, and escalate or close tickets as necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Train users on specific applications and create user documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain, troubleshoot and configure application as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Tracks and updates all works performed in database tracker.</li></ul><ul><li>Escalate issues to third party vendors as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain third party vendor relationships as assigned.</li></ul><ul><li>Escalates issues and involves management in situations and/or projects as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>We are looking candidates with :<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management degree in HR field.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in written and oral English communication skills is a must.</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail, especially when under time constraints; patient; empathetic; people-orientation; good listening skills; strong inter-personal &amp; communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>1-3 years of experience working in a support or business analyst role or similar capacity.</li></ul><ul><li>Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior HCM software knowledge is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in more than 2 languages other than English is a Plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
