 Job Description:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber IT professionals for positions across the United States. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet the company&rsquo;s hiring needs.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technology-related positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and other recruitment channels to identify and engage qualified candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate offers, and close candidates in alignment with company salary guidelines and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with all recruitment activity and candidate status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on US-based positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., programming languages, systems, and networks).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using job boards, ATS, and social media for recruitment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with US labor laws and work authorization requirements (preferred).
 </li>
