 Shift timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&middot;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handling the MSA's (Master Service Agreement) and PO's (Purchase Order) and extensive knowledge in reviewing the Clauses/Terms and Conditions in Agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Legal documents of sub-contractors and Consultants&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate agreements via direct client/vendor discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for paperwork (on-boarding process) for Consultants, who gets selected at the client place. Employee&rsquo;s onboarding Documents. LCA filing along with the maintenance of PAF and LCA Posting notices.
 </li>
 <li>
 H-1B Amendment, H-1B Extension, H-1B Transfer, H4 Dependents visa filing, H4 EAD filing, including preparation of supporting documents for PERM / I-140 &amp; Perm Audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing the Offer Letters, Employment Verification letters, H4 Stamping Letters, Experience Letters, Extension Letters, and Working On I-983 Forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the Public Access Files for H1B employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all Contractual Employees and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain all Employee&rsquo;s I-9 Documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Insurance Enrollment , Prepare &amp; submit Immigration docs to USCIS &amp; track them at H1-BGC&middot; Check the invoices and claims.
 </li>
