3rd shift Warehouse Associate-
 Sun-Thurs 10:30pm-7am
 
Position Overview
 A warehouse associate is responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, that can include processing and packing orders, counting inventory, labeling, and ensuring orders are ready for shipment or distribution.
 
Duties and responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of goods, checking for damage or discrepancies, and verifying the contents of each shipment against purchase orders or invoices.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising with stock quantities, orders, or delivery.</li>
<li>Unloading, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise in the appropriate storage areas within the warehouse or distribution center.</li>
<li>Updating inventory records to reflect the receipt and location of new merchandise.</li>
<li>Collaborating with other members of the warehouse team to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing debris and clutter, and properly disposing of packaging materials.</li>
<li>Communicating with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues with shipments.</li>
<li>Occasionally assisting with other warehouse tasks, such as picking and packing orders, conducting inventory counts, and preparing merchandise for shipment.</li>
<li>All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li>

Required skills/abilities
 
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of Warehouse organization procedures.</li>
<li>Able to work in a collaborative team environment.</li>
<li>Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.</li>
<li>Able to lift and move heavy merchandise items.</li>
<li>Flexible schedule, including ability to work on weekends, as needed.</li>
</ul>
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with receiving functions including RF scanning preferred.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and basic math skills are required.</li>
<li>Accurate documentation and reporting skills are required.</li>
<li>WMS experience preferred.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
 
<ul>
<li>Standing, walking, bending, squatting most of the time.</li>
<li>Repetitive motions including pushing & pulling with hands most of the time.</li>
<li>Frequently carrying up to 25 lbs.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted</li>
<li>Seldom sitting or crawling.</li>
</ul>
