 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a driven and strategic
 
 Digital Marketing Executive
 
 to take ownership of Ibtdara&rsquo;s digital brand, amplify our reach, and build bridges to events, podcasts, speaking forums, and partnerships. The person will also lay the groundwork for a future marketing team.
 
 
 
 This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable operating across both strategy and execution.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Digital Strategy &amp; Brand Management
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Define and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with Ibtdara&rsquo;s business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, client engagement).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Social Media &amp; Content
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manage Ibtdara&rsquo;s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan and create content &mdash; posts, articles, infographics, video scripts, thought leadership pieces, etc.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Engage communities, respond to comments, messages, and foster relationships.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitor analytics, track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and iterate.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Events, Speaking &amp; Podcast Opportunities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Research and shortlist relevant industry events, conferences, expos, and summits.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Reach out to organizers to secure exhibition space or speaking slots for Ibtdara leadership.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Identify podcast hosts and media platforms; pitch collaboration ideas, guest appearances, or series participation.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate logistics, content, and speaker support for events/podcasts.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Marketing Team Building &amp; Leadership
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Recruit, onboard, and mentor marketing team members (content writers, designers, campaign specialists).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, workflows, and processes.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Provide strategic direction, feedback, and oversight to ensure high-quality output.
 
 
 </li>

 5. Campaigns &amp; Growth Initiatives
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social ads).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Run email marketing, lead nurture funnels, SEO/SEM campaigns.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with operations, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business operations.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and audience behaviors.
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth roles.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven track record managing social media, digital campaigns, and content creation.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience securing speaking slots, podcast appearances, and partnering with events.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong leadership potential &mdash; ability to build, manage, and scale a marketing team.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a major plus).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analytical mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, social analytics.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Solid network or ability to build relationships in industry, media, and events.
 
 
 </li>
