Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for an attorney in our Georgia office. We offer mentorship and training in several different areas of law. Please visit our website at www.sokrem.com to learn more about our firm.JOB DUTIES:The candidate will be responsible for managing a case load, appearing at hearings, developing relationships with office staff and clients, communication via telephone and email, data entry into the firm&rsquo;s case management system, document drafting, e-filing, etc.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:- Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and be in &ldquo;good standing.&rdquo;- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required.- Ability to think and act independently.- Prior experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, creditor&rsquo;s rights or civil litigation is welcomed, but not required.Our firm offers a culture, a focus on quality of life and life-work balance, a competitive salary, and a generous benefits package.Pay: Competitive and dependent on prior work experience.Certification: Georgia bar license in good standing.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
