We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Customer Care Executive to join our Mumbai team. You will connect with potential clients, support the sales team, and maintain accurate lead records.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company services.</li><li>Handle inbound calls and address client queries professionally.</li><li>Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in Excel or CRM tools.</li><li>Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.</li><li>Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.</li><li>Support the business development team in client acquisition and reporting.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate / HSC with proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).</li><li>Basic Excel and computer skills for data entry and lead tracking.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits✨ Fixed salary + performance-based incentives ✨ Career growth in a global events &amp; exhibitions company ✨ Training and development opportunities ✨ Supportive and dynamic work environmentApply Now!
