About the RoleSolacia Home Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for live-in home care positions. The nurse will stay at the patient&rsquo;s residence (24/7) and provide personalized, high-quality clinical nursing care at home.This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about one-on-one patient care and want to make a real difference in people&rsquo;s lives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide round-the-clock nursing care to patients at home.</li><li>Perform both basic and advanced clinical nursing duties, including:</li><li>Ryle&rsquo;s Tube Feeding</li><li>Tracheostomy Care and Handling</li><li>Colostomy / PEG Tube Management</li><li>IV Line and Medication Administration</li><li>Catheter Care and Wound Dressing</li><li>Monitoring of vital signs (BP, pulse, SpO&#8322;, temperature)</li><li>Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety at all times.</li><li>Update family members and Solacia supervisors on the patient&rsquo;s health status.</li><li>Follow medical instructions accurately and maintain all nursing records.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)</li><li>License: Valid Registration with State Nursing Council (RN/RM)</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;5 years (Freshers welcome; experienced candidates preferred)</li><li>Availability:</li><li>Must be willing to stay at the client&rsquo;s place 24/7</li><li>Must be available to work all days of the month as per schedule</li><li>Should be flexible to work at any client location assigned by Solacia</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Free food (3 meals per day) provided by the client or company</li><li>Free accommodation at client&rsquo;s home during duty</li><li>Accommodation with basic amenities during standby or non-duty periods</li><li>Continuous clinical support and supervision by Solacia medical team</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience and case type</li></ul>Important Details<ul><li>Leave Policy: No paid leaves during the duty period</li><li>Work Type: Live-in / Residential &ndash; 24-hour duty</li><li>Job Type Keywords: Home Nurse / Registered Nurse / Trained Nurse / Patient Care Nurse / Live-in Nurse / 24/7 Nurse / Nursing Staff</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
